A few details
We meet 7 Mondays, 6:30 - 7:30pm PDT.
Our first live Zoom meeting is on November 1.
We meet every Monday through December 13th
Please follow all these steps
before our first meeting
Take the Saboteur Assessment by the day before our first meeting. (it just takes a few minutes)
Important: use the same email address that you will use for the Positive Intelligence App.
EMAIL ME YOUR SABOTEUR ASSESSMENT RESULTS
Download and log into the Positive Intelligence App before our first meeting.
Use the App Store function on your smart phone.
On the PQ App you will have:
a community forum to check-in with your Pod
a gym where you can get started strengthening your mental fitness
the audio version of the Positive Intelligence book
Starting Saturday November 6th, and
every Saturday for 7 weeks through December 13th,
your latest video training session will be unlocked in the mobile app.
You can access the videos by clicking on the Modules tab of the PQ App; they are presented in small digestible segments to fit into your busy life.
Recommended: watch the weekly video before our Monday meeting.
Please make a note in your calendar to watch the latest video each week.
Weekly Video Sessions
As your coach, I will be able to see your program progress and reflections, which allows me to support you. If you do not want me to have access to this data, please adjust your settings in the PQ App.
