This workshop is for you... if you are tired of struggling with food/body/weight and self-image, and are ready to take a new path in your life and your healing journey.
We’ll meet as a small supportive group to discuss how you can make positive, doable changes in your relationship with food and body.
Gain new insights into the psychology of eating, and new tools for overcoming the obstacles between you and your best self. We’ll bring it all together in a conscious eating practice with a simple fare of nourishing snacks (provided).
