If you feel like you can’t get off the hamster-wheel of dieting, and if you want to get in balance with your weight, food, and body-image, then this workshop is for you.
If you are stressed out, and tired of reaching for the chips and chocolate every time life feels too much, then enroll now and learn how to use mindfulness techniques to make a different choice – one that is aligned with your bigger goals in life.
At the end of the evening we’ll celebrate everything we’ve learned in a mindful eating practice with a light fare of delicious, healthy appetizers* to nourish our hearts and our bodies.
